Order Cancelation, Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or not as described, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product after purchase.

Cancellation of Orders: Online orders cannot be cancelled once a Confirmation of Order is issued to the customer.

Hand of Nature Sdn Bhd may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. In this case, we will notify you and return payment that you have made. Refunds will be credited into Customer's credit card account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.

Refund Process for defective goods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Conditions for Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions.

Exclusions: Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
