Ginseng Herb Tea


Put an appropriate amount of ginseng into a cup, add hot water, and take 5-10 minutes after closing the lid. 

Ginseng & Wolfberry Herbal Soup


 10 grams of Ginseng, 10 grams of Polygonatum Odoratum, 10 grams of Chinese wolfberry, 1 yam,   

3 red dates, 1 chicken leg, water and salt. Simmer for 3 hours. 


Efficacy: assist in lowering blood lipids, assist in lowering blood pressure, produce body fluid, and improve immunity.

Ginseng Congee


1 cup of five-grain rice, 3-5 slices of American ginseng, 1 potato, appropriate amount of minced meat, appropriate amount of water and salt. Cook until soft. Efficacy: nourishing qi, nourishing yin, clearing heat, nourishing stomach.

Ginseng Boiled Sugar Water


 10 grams of ginseng, 10 grams of lotus seeds (cored), water and rock sugar. Steam and stew until cooked. Efficacy: Nourish the qi and invigorate the spleen, nourish the heart and calm the nerves.

How to soak Bird's Nest

Bird Nest Basics

1. Soak in room temperature water for 1-2 hours until the bird's nest absorbs water and becomes translucent.

2. After soaking, using a mesh sieve  rinse the nests in fresh water drain the water.

Birds Nest with Ginseng and Rock Sugar


American ginseng bird's nest with rock sugar: 1 piece of soaked bird's nest, appropriate amount of American ginseng, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 1-2 hours, add rock sugar to eat.

Bird's Nest with Papaya Milk
